North Harper Creek Falls

The creek goes down a long way as a big cascade on rocks, and then suddenly falls down a drop-off. There's a short trail connecting the two, the cascade cannot be seen from the falls and the falls cannot be seen from the cascade.   This picture was taken on May 22nd, 2004.

The one mile trail from the parking lot to the creek is technically difficult and slippery, tricky in some places, with 3 creek crossings. Along the way there are a few small cascades like this one.   This picture was taken on May 22nd, 2004.
